Mark II draws on the rich experience gained in the creation of St Marks, Remuera.
The vision of property developer John Harman is to create a community where new levels of luxury and ease of living are paramount. He fulfilled this ambition at St Marks and Mark II continues to realise John’s vision for a new Auckland.
St Marks Remuera
As winner of the Housing New Zealand Multi-Unit Residential Property Award (2019), St Marks in Auckland is a bold concept for mixed-use living, with stunning apartments alongside quality dining and commercial spaces. The development provides high-end apartment living that’s close to amenities yet enjoys the seclusion of Remuera’s leafy streets.
The St Marks apartment complex in Remuera, Auckland represents a building which is at the top end of apartments ever offered in New Zealand. The considered design of these luxury apartments was key to bring to market a product which would differentiate itself within the Auckland market. The design and build quality is exceptional, so it’s no surprise that the building has been recognised as an exemplar in modern apartment living by both the industry and more importantly, the owners and residents.

“I really enjoy living at St Marks Apartments. The location is excellent – close to Newmarket and the shops, including the new Westfield with its retail, entertainment, bars and eateries.
Easy access to the Southern Motorway and only two traffic lights away from the Northern and Northwestern. It’s a short walk to Newmarket Train Station and you can be at Britomart and the Viaduct without having to worry about parking!
The vista is varied with good views of Auckland’s cones and many trees. The warmth of the other residents is particularly welcoming.
All in all I’m very pleased to have made the move to St Marks.”

“I recently purchased in St Marks for myself and my two teenage kids. The reason I selected this complex above others, outside the obvious of a fantastic location, was the pride taken and specifications of finishings as well the boutique style of not being a big complex.
From the moment I moved in, I was made to feel welcome by building manager and also the other occupants I have met. I received plenty of information, support in moving in, including contacts for various services I have required. The building is secure extremely well maintained including simple things like exterior washing, cleaning and very regular garbage collection. Sno cafe is not only fantastic food, but is convenient and acts as a concierge service for delivery’s or gaining access to your apartment when you are not there.
I certainly like the lifestyle, being walking distance to two in zone secondary schools being Auckland Grammar and Epsom Girls Grammar for kids, and also Westfield with the multitude of shopping and dinning experiences. St Marks has certainly delivered on my expectations.”

“The decision to move from our five bedroom Epsom home to St Marks apartment was taken within a week, once we viewed the model and plans for the development.
Having been owners of the two bedroom apartment in The Mark for a year now, we have settled and just love apartment living.
The apartment itself is wonderful to live in. With double glazing and modern construction, very little heating is required, even in midwinter. We also like spending time on the deck, with its sunny aspect and leafy urban views. Lots of cupboard storage and a sensible sized storage locker in the parking area, caters for all our storage needs.
Certainly it was a task to downsize and sell or dispose of, one way or the other, furniture and other possessions accumulated over 43 years of marriage. But how satisfying to complete the task and be able to lock up and leave, whenever one wishes. We would have no hesitation in recommending apartment living in this lovely location.”
